BC Development Corporation was created out of the need to implement a community-based conduit that would create programs offering an array of intervention and preventive services for individuals and families residing in Cumberland County North Carolina and surrounding communities.
BCCDC works collaboratively with local agencies, i.e. housing, employment and training, mental health agencies, city health department, community based organizations, etc. in order to provide the necessary services to each of its clients.
