B.C. Community Development Corporation works in conjunction with various community resources to provide support to families and individuals in distress. Since inception, BCCDC Goal is to provide culturally appropriate and sensitive services primarily to residents of North Carolina. All clients seeking services are served.The target population is low income families, women with minor children.
